It was my great pleasure to listen to Mr. Mike O'Grady's speech today. Mike is a senior technical engineer who works for Boeing for 30 years.
I learned a lot from his speech today. Hard work, good organization, passion are the key points that I should pay attention to when I go to work. At least 10,000 hours practice to be professional for one skill. Engineering work is not only a technical work but also a productivity work. Productivity = what is produced / what is required to produce it. It is fine to celebrate success but it is more important to head the lessons of failure. Get involved in your career, and try your best to be the go to person.
